Community Stabilization Services

Community Stabilization provides short-term, intensive behavioral health support for individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis or are transitioning from a higher level of care. Our multidisciplinary team delivers individualized, trauma-informed services focused on stabilizing symptoms, enhancing safety, developing coping strategies, coordinating ongoing care, and connecting individuals with the community resources they need for long-term success. The goal of Community Stabilization is to help individuals safely remain in their homes and communities while reducing the need for hospitalization or future crises through personalized treatment planning and comprehensive support.

Mental Health Skill-Building Services

Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS) help adults with serious mental illness develop the practical skills needed to live as independently and successfully as possible in their communities. Our compassionate team works one-on-one with individuals to build skills in areas such as medication management, coping with mental health symptoms, communication, problem-solving, budgeting, maintaining housing, accessing community resources, and improving daily living routines. Through personalized, recovery-oriented support, we empower individuals to increase independence, achieve personal goals, and enhance their overall quality of life while reducing the need for more intensive levels of care.

Mobile Crisis Response

Mobile Crisis Response provides rapid response, assessment and early intervention to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This service is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The purpose of this service includes prevention of acute exacerbation of symptoms, prevention of harm to the individual or others, provision of quality intervention in the least restrictive setting, and development of an immediate plan to maintain safety in order to prevent the need for a higher level of care.

Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU)

RCSU provides 24/7, residential psychiatric and substance related assessment and brief intervention. The service supports individuals who are experiencing behavior impairment, decompensation in functioning, require continued monitoring, and stabilization. RCSU also medically monitors residents for the purpose of providing psychiatric stabilization and/or substance withdrawal management, on a short-term basis.

Intensive In-Home (IIH) Services

Intensive In-Home (IIH) Services are designed for children and adolescents experiencing significant emotional or behavioral challenges that place them at risk of hospitalization or out-of-home placement. Services are delivered primarily in the home, where our trained staff work directly with youth and their families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and reduce behavioral concerns. Using individualized treatment plans, evidence-based interventions, family counseling, and care coordination, our team helps families build lasting stability while keeping children safely supported in their home and community.

Mental Health Partial Hospitalization (MH-PHP)

Mental Health Partial Hospitalization (MH-PHP) provides a structured, intensive level of outpatient mental health treatment for adults who need more support than traditional weekly therapy but do not require inpatient hospitalization. This program is for Adults (18+) who receive at least 20 hours of clinical services per week. Our interdisciplinary team provides evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy, medication management, psychoeducation, skill-building, crisis planning, and care coordination in a safe and supportive environment. The goal of MH-PHP is to stabilize symptoms, strengthen daily functioning, promote recovery, and help individuals successfully transition to a lower level of care while remaining connected to their home and community.
